Qualifying products display the Energy Star logo on the appliance, the packaging or the Energy Guide label. Clothes dryers are not included. .
There are no limits on the number of items that may be purchased during the Energy Star Sales Layaway plans can also be used to take advantage of the sales tax holiday, within certain parameters.

Energy Projects Must Secure Financing to Receive Stimulas
"People are scrambling because it's a really tough economy out there, "said Adam Boucher and founder of Adam Capital Inc., which directs the Ethos Green Energy Asset Finance fund.
Investor are standing at the doors of banks looking at projects. the challenge is when stimulas money is involved. The window is tight. The challenge is, we can't sit back on our heels.
Companies banking on stimulas funds to offset 30 percent of their construction cost must line up the rest of their funding before the deadline set by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Only 19 month left and the credit market stilll tight in the wake of last year's lending implosion, it's a daunting task...quoted from the Phoenix Business Journal
